In December the students on the Master's programme in strategic communication organized their traditional Christmas potluck at Campus Helsingborg.

The party was held on the top floor C-7, which was decorated for the occasion by the specially appointed party committee. The Christmas tree was dressed, the Christmas cloths unrolled, and the light garlands hung up. As darkness began to fall over Helsingborg's snow-covered streets, students from the first and second year at the Master's programme, teachers and staff gathered to enjoy a Christmas table with delicacies from all over the world.

Students from around 30 countries are enrolled on the programme and each participant brought their own specialty. After dinner various competitions and games were arranged, including the Secret Santa dice game and a Christmas quiz. The award for the best Christmas outfit of the night was won by first-year student Mirna Janineh, who had brought her colorful sweater with her in her suitcase from Honduras.

The Christmas party is one of several social activities organized by the programme and gives students and teachers the opportunity to meet outside the classroom in a relaxed environment.
