Rickard Andersson works as an assistant professor at the department. Research interests include organizational communication, organizing, strategy, CCO, and Employee voice.
I am currently working as an assistant professor at the department, in which I completed my PhD in 2020.
Area of Research
I have a broad interest in the implications that the mindset of strategic communication has on contemporary management and organizing. I have previously studied topics such as communication responsibility, ambassadorship, and strategic work. I use both quantitative and qualitative methods.

As a teacher, I have been involved in various subject areas. A few of those include teaching activities on subject such as: strategic communication, marketing communication, communication strategy, organizational communication, and quantitative methods.
Accepted for presentation at several international conferences, including Egos, ICA annual international conference, Ecrea, and Euprera.
Member of the Organizational communication working group.
I have held several positions as representative for the social science doctoral union, including student representative in the Social science Faculty Working Committee, Research Committee, and as deputy in the Faculty Board.
