His research is particularly focused on how places in crisis can rebuild image and trust. Professor Avraham is invited by the research group ’The geography of fear’ to discuss how damaged images of cities and nations can be recovered in and through commmunication. On 12 November he gives the research seminar ”Nation branding and marketing strategies for combatting tourism crises and stereotypes towards nations”.
